Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка состояния и перспективы развития предприятия малого бизнеса в торговле». Предмет исследования – коммерческая деятельность ООО «ОНИКС». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является оценка эффективности коммерческой деятельности предприятия малого бизнеса и разработка мероприятий по ее совершенствованию. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1) изучение организационно-правовой характеристики ООО «ОНИКС» и его внешней и внутренней среды; 2) оценка коммерческой деятельности предприятия; 3) анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельность малого предприятия; 4) разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию коммерческой деятельности ООО «ОНИКС»; 5) оценка экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий; 6) анализ применения различных систем налогообложения с учетом внедрения предложенных мероприятий. При проведении исследования применялись такие методы, как: изучение, анализ, осмысление теоретических и методологических разработок отечественных и зарубежных ученых. Результатом работы стала разработка экономически эффективных мероприятий по совершенствованию коммерческой деятельности ООО «ОНИКС». Результаты данной работы могут быть использованы предприятиями малого бизнеса, занятых в сфере торговли сувенирной и наградной продукции, а также в схожих отраслях.

The theme of the graduate qualification work is “Assessment of a state and prospect of development of a small business in trade”. The subject of the research is the commercial activities of ONIX LLC. The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to assess the effectiveness of the commercial activities of small businesses and develop measures to improve it. In the research process, the following tasks were solved: 1) the study of the organizational and legal characteristics of ONIX LLC and its external and internal environment; 2) assessment of the commercial activities of the enterprise; 3) analysis of the financial and economic activities of a small enterprise; 4) development of measures to improve the commercial activities of ONIX LLC; 5) assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed activities; 6) analysis of the application of various tax systems, taking into account the implementation of the proposed measures. When conducting the research, such methods were used as studying, analyzing, comprehending the theoretical and methodological developments of domestic and foreign scientists. The result of the work was the development of cost-effective measures to improve the commercial activities of ONIX LLC. The results of this work can be used by small businesses engaged in the trade in souvenir and rewarding products, as well as in similar industries.
