Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Инновационная деятельность компании ООО «Страдивариус СНГ»». Целью работы является рассмотрение инновационной деятельности компании ООО «Страдивариус СНГ», на основании этого предложение инновационной для компании идеи и оценка ее экономической эффективности. Задачи работы: - рассмотреть теоретические аспекты инновационной деятельности; - дать характеристику рассматриваемой компании; - рассчитать и проанализировать финансовые показатели компании; - рассмотреть инновационную деятельность компании; - предложить инновационную для компании идею и оценить ее экономическую эффективность. Работа выполнялось на базе ООО «Страдивариус СНГ». Методы: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: теоретический анализ научной литературы по теме работы, контентный анализ, SWOT-анализ, а также специфические методы исследования, в частности, методы организационного проектирования и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Основные результаты работы: - рассмотрены теоретические аспекты инновационной деятельности; - дана характеристика рассматриваемой компании; - произведены расчет и анализ финансовых показателей компании; - рассмотрена инновационная деятельность компании; - предложен инновационный проект по внедрению системы электронного документооборота в компанию; - проведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению системы электронного документооборота. Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью реализации инновационного проекта по внедрению системы электронного документооборота в исследуемую компанию.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to review the innovative activities of the company LLC "Stradivarius CIS", on the basis of this offer innovative idea for the company and evaluate its economic efficiency. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: - consider the theoretical aspects of innovation; - give a description of the company in question; - describe and analyze the company's financial performance; - consider the company's innovative activities - propose an innovative idea for the company and evaluate its economic efficiency. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis LLC «Stradivarius CIS». Methods: General scientific research methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the topic of the work, content analysis, SWOT analysis, as well as specific research methods, in particular, methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - theoretical aspects of innovation activity are considered; - the characteristic of the company in question is given; - the company's financial indicators were calculated and analyzed; - the innovative activity of the company is considered; - an innovative project has been proposed for the introduction of an electronic document management system in the company; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the project for the introduction of an electronic document management system was carried out. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of implementing an innovative project to implement an electronic document management system in the company.
