Целью работы является усовершенствование системы выбора потенциальных поставщиков в ИП Дерр Е.А., путем разработки рекомендаций по решению проблем связанных с выбором поставщиков в компании и практической реализации. Задачи работы: изучить теоретическую часть о выборе потенциального поставщика для компании; проанализировать систему подбора поставщиков в компании ИП Дерр Е.А.; усовершенствовать систему выбора поставщиков в компании. Работа выполнялась на материалах ИП Дерр Е.А. Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, а также методы орг. проектирования и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Основные результаты ВКР: выбран и изучен метод для выбора поставщиков; предложены варианты новых поставщиков; обоснована экономическая целесообразность и организационно-техническая возможность реализации предложенных рекомендаций. Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью реализации предложенных мероприятий в ИП Дерр Е.А.

The aim of the work is to improve the system of selecting potential suppliers in IE Derr EA, by developing recommendations for solving problems associated with the selection of suppliers in the company and practical implementation. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: to study the theoretical part about choosing a potential supplier for the company; to analyze the system of selection of suppliers in the company IE Derr E.A.; improve the system of selection of suppliers in the company. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis of the enterprise IE Derr E.A. Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, as well as methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: the method for selecting suppliers was selected and studied; proposed options for new suppliers; substantiated economic feasibility and organizational and technical feasibility of implementing the proposed recommendations. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of implementing the proposed activities in IE Derr E.A.
