Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Тактика подготовки и назначения судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз». Объектом исследования являются общественные отношения, которые возникают при назначении и подготовки судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз. Предметом исследования следует считать сведения, устанавливаемые на основе специальных инженерно-технический знаний, имеющие весомые значения при назначении и подготовки экспертизы. Целью данной работы является рассмотрение и изучение особенностей тактики назначения и производства судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз. Данная работа посвящена исследованию особенностей тактики назначения и подготовки судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз. Судебная инженерно-техническая экспертиза является относительно новой и одной из сложных, она направлена на исследование инженерных систем и установление причин эксплуатационных свойств. В результате была изучена теоретическая литературы по данной теме; определена сущность и значение судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз; исследованы цели, методика, специфика и особенности тактики назначения и подготовки судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз; в заключение работы сделаны краткие выводы по теме исследования и представлены некоторые предложения по совершенствованию вопросов назначения и производства судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз.
