Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Правовой механизм подготовки и реализации решений Суда Европейских сообществ». Целью работы является изучение правового механизма подготовки и реализации решений Суда Европейского союза, а также разработка рекомендаций, которые непосредственно направлены на улучшение и совершенствование судебной системы Суда Европейского союза в целях повышения эффективности работы данного органа. Предметом исследования выступают нормативные правовые акты Европейского союза, лежащие в основе деятельности Суда Европейского союза и регулирующие эту деятельность. В работе были использованы следующие методы научного познания: исторический, формально-юридический, сравнительно-правовой, метода анализа, дедукции и обобщения. Были изучены предпосылки к возникновению Суда Европейского союза, а также этапы его становления и развития; изучены изменения в деятельности Суда Европейского союза, изучены структура и состав Суда Европейского союза; изучены основополагающие нормативные правовые акты, лежащие в деятельности Суда Европейского союза; изучены порядок подготовки, принятия и обжалования решений Суда Европейского союза, а также исполнение его решений. Сделанные в работе выводы могут быть использованы при дальнейшем рассмотрении вопросов правового механизма подготовки и реализации решений Суда Европейского союза, которые могут быть использованы в дальнейших научных исследованиях.

The topic of the final qualification work: "Legal mechanism for the preparation and implementation of decisions of the Court of justice of the European communities". The purpose of the work is to study the legal mechanism for preparing and implementing decisions of the Court of justice of the European Union, as well as to develop recommendations that are directly aimed at improving and improving the judicial system of the Court of justice of the European Union in order to increase the effectiveness of this body. The subject of the study is the normative legal acts of the European Union that underlie the activities of the Court of justice of the European Union and regulate this activity. The following methods of scientific knowledge were used: historical, formal-legal, comparative-legal, methods of analysis, deduction and generalization. There were studied the background to the emergence of the Court of the European Union, and also stages of its formation and development; investigate changes in the activities of the Court of the European Union, studied the structure and composition of the Court of the European Union; studied the fundamental normative legal acts underlying the activities of the Court of the European Union; studied the procedure for the preparation, adoption and appeal of decisions of the Court of the European Union, as well as the execution of its decisions. The conclusions made in this paper can be used in further consideration of the legal mechanism for preparing and implementing decisions of the Court of justice of the European Union, which can be used in further research.
