Данная работа посвящена построению модели классификации для прогнозирования отклика клиентов банка. Задачи, которые решались в ходе работы: 1. Предварительная обработка исходного набора данных. 2. Построение моделей классификации при помощи различных методов. 3. Сравнение качества полученных моделей и выбор модели с наилучшими показателями. Работа проведена с помощью среды разработки RStudio, в которой был обработан исходный набор данных, построены модели и проведено сравнение их качества. В результате выполнения работы проведен обзор методов классификации и определения качества полученных моделей. Построена модель прогнозирования отклика клиентов банка на предложение кредита.
This work is devoted to the construction of a classification model for predicting of bank customers response. Tasks that were solved during the work: 1. Pre processing the original data set. 2. Construction of classification models using different methods. 3. Comparison of quality of the obtained models and choosing the model with best performance. The work was carried out using the RStudio development environment where the initial data set was processed, models were built and their qualities were compared. As a result of the work, a review of methods of classification was conducted, the quality of resulting models was determined, and а model for predicting the bank customers response to а loan offer was built.
