На примере компании BS-Green, сфера деятельности которой возобновляемая энергия ветра, было проведено исследование возможностей развития долгосрочных проектов по возобновляемой энергии ветра в России. Данная работа посвящена исследованию действующего законодательства по распределению земель и изучению бизнес-среды для иностранных предпринимателей и возможности инвестирования в сектор возобновляемой энергии. Целями данной работы являются: 1. Изучение преимуществ принципов ведения бизнеса в России и их соотношение с принципами бизнеса в других странах; 2. Текущее положение сектора возобновляемой энергии в России и его возможности развития в будущем; 3. Исследование законодательства по распределению земель с целью их последующего использования; 4. Исследование влияния COVID-19 на мировой спрос на энергию в будущем; 5. Разработка рекомендаций по ведению бизнеса в секторе возобновляемой энергии в России. Работа была выполнена на основе количественных методов исследования, которые включают в себя исследования: научных статей; онлайн ресурсов; результатов опроса, заполненного участниками, работающими в области возобновляемых источников энергии, которые имеют опыт как в России, так и за рубежом. Кроме того, проведено интервью с представителями данного бизнеса, имеющими большой опыт работы в ветроэнергетике в России. Результатом исследования стал анализ российской бизнес-среды и культурных влияний, которые ее сформировали. Кроме того, анализируется текущее и будущее положение сектора возобновляемой энергии в России. По результатам данного анализа, были разработаны рекомендации для привлечения иностранных инвесторов и предпринимателей в сектор возобновляемых источников энергии в России. Результатом исследования по сотрудничеству с BS-Green, стало выявление возможности возникновения высокорискового рынка с большой прибылью.

In collaboration with the renewable wind energy company BS-Green, that has been active in the Russian renewables market for several years, research is done into the possibilities and feasibility of long-term projects in the renewable wind energy sector in Russia. The given work is devoted to studying the current legislation of land allocation in Russia and in finding out the environment for foreign business and investment in the renewable energy sector. The research set the following goals: 5. Studying features of Russian business culture and its relation to other global business cultures. 6. The current state of renewable energy in Russia and the possibilities for the future. 7. Analysis of Russian legislation concerning the allocation of land for specified purposes. 8. Analysis of COVID-19 effect on global energy demand in the future. 9. Development of guidelines for successful business in the renewable energy market in Russia. The work was fulfilled on the premises of quantitative research methods which included the research in the form of academic papers, online sources, a questionnaire concluded with participants working in the field of renewable energy and situated for a large part in Russia and of an in-depth interview with two men experienced in the Russian wind energy sector. The study resulted into analysis of the Russian business environment and the cultural influences that has shaped it. Furthermore, it analyses the current and future state of the Russian renewable energy sector. With the outcome of the analyses, recommendations are developed for the introduction of foreign investors and entrepreneurs in the renewable energy sector in Russia. The outcome of the research in collaboration with BS-Green was the likelihood of a high risk, high reward market given the current pandemic that has had global consequences.
