Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Правовое обеспечение решения природоохранных коллизий при создании и реализации комплексного проекта «Новый Шёлковый путь»». Предметом исследования является доктринальное и нормативное правовое регулирование в сфере охраны окружающей среды и обеспечения экологической безопасности в Российской Федерации при создании и реализации комплексного проекта «Новый Шёлковый путь». Целью работы является завершенный комплексный анализ выявления возникающих природоохранных проблем при реализации этого проекта с участием Российской Федерации. В соответствии с поставленной целью были определены следующие задачи: рассмотреть и проанализировать историю возникновения Великого Шёлкового пути и выявить его связь с Новым Шёлковым путем; сравнить геополитические и правовые интересы предполагаемых государств-участников комплексного проекта «Новый Шёлковый путь»; проанализировать сопряжение ЕС, ЕАЭС, ШОС в рамках реализации проекта «Новый Шёлковый путь»; Исследовать предполагаемые природоохранные коллизии и найти пути их решения при создании и реализации комплексного проекта «Новый Шёлковый путь». Методологической основой исследования послужили общетеоретический метод исследования, общенаучные, специальные и частные методы исследования. В результате исследования был произведён всесторонний анализ правого регулирования экологической безопасности при реализации комплексного проекта «Новый Шёлковый путь».

The subject of the graduate qualification work is "Legal support for resolving environmental conflicts during the creation and implementation of the "New Silk Road" comprehensive project". The subject of the research is the doctrinal and regulatory legal regulation in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety in the Russian Federation during the creation and implementation of the comprehensive project “New Silk Road”. The aim of the work is to complete a comprehensive analysis of identifying emerging environmental problems during the implementation of this project with the participation of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were identified: to consider and analyze the history of the Great Silk Road and to identify its relationship with the New Silk Road; Compare the geopolitical and legal interests of the alleged participating states of the New Silk Road integrated project; to analyze the conjugation of the EU, EAEU, SCO in the framework of the project "New Silk Road"; Investigate alleged environmental conflicts and find solutions to them when creating and implementing the New Silk Road project. The methodological basis of the study was the general theoretical research method, comparative legal, general scientific, special and private research methods. Because of the study, a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of environmental safety during the implementation of the comprehensive project "New Silk Road" was carried out. This paper analyzes the comprehensive project «The New Silk Road», which provides the revival of the Great Silk Road in the context of the 21st century.
