Тема магистерской диссертации: Разработка мероприятий по повышению экономической устойчивости предприятия. Объект исследования - промышленное предприятие электронной отрасли АО «СКТБ Кольцова». Предмет исследования – экономическая устойчивость предприятия и ее составляющие. Цель магистерской диссертации - разработка мероприятий по повышению экономической устойчивости предприятия на основе результатов ее оценки. Методы исследования - методы анализа и синтеза теоретического материала, методы анализа финансовой отчетности и финансового состояния компании, статистический, метод интегрального показателя. В ходе работы были рассмотрены основные подходы к определению экономической устойчивости, этапы проведения оценки, проведен анализ методик оценки экономической устойчивости предприятия, проведен анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и экономической устойчивости. На основе результатов анализа была разработана методика расчета интегрального показателя экономической устойчивости, включающая в себя комплексную систему показателей для анализа всех компонентов экономической устойчивости, и позволяющая более комплексно проанализировать текущее состояние экономической устойчивости предприятия, чем и обосновывается научная новизна исследования. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в том, что основные научные положения доведены до конкретных практических рекомендаций по обеспечению экономической устойчивости предприятия.

Master's thesis topic: Development of measures to improve the economic sustainability of an enterprise. The object of the research is the industrial enterprise of the electronic industry SKTB Koltsova JSC. The subject of the research is the economic sustainability of the enterprise and its components. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop measures to improve the economic sustainability of an enterprise based on the results of its assessment. Research methods - methods of analysis and synthesis of theoretical material, methods of analysis of financial statements and financial condition of the company, statistical, integral indicator method. In the course of the work, the main approaches to determining the economic sustainability, the stages of the assessment were considered, the analysis of methods for assessing the economic sustainability of the enterprise was carried out, the analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise and the economic sustainability was carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, a method was developed for calculating the integral indicator of economic sustainability, which includes a complex system of indicators for the analysis of all components of economic sustainability, and allows a more comprehensive analysis of the current state of economic sustainability of an enterprise, which justifies the scientific novelty of the study. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the main scientific provisions are brought to concrete practical recommendations for ensuring the economic sustainability of the enterprise.
