Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Влияние прямых иностранных инвестиций на развитие нефтегазовой отрасли России». Данная работа посвящена исследованию влияния прямых иностранных инвестиций на нефтегазодобывающую отрасль России, а таrже анализу объема ПИИ. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Рассмотрение инвестиционной политики страны. 2. Изучение методологической базы инвестиционного механизма. 3. Обзор стран инвесторов и объем их инвестиций. 4. Выбор оптимального метода оценки сделки и практическое его применение. Исследование и анализ влияния иностранных инвестиций в работе проводились на базе ЧАО (Чукотского Автономного Округа)и для это были использованы отчеты консалтинговой компаний Vygon Consulting, где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: информация объеме инвестиций, и отчет о финансовых результатах. Были проведены расчеты, показывающие наглядно на каком уровне устойчивого развития, является выбранный для анализа округ и какие результаты в устойчивом развитии наблюдаются от наличия инвестиционных проектов. Оценка проводилась с помощью метода нечеткой логики.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "the Impact of foreign direct investment on the development of the Russian oil and gas industry". This paper is devoted to the study of the impact of foreign direct investment on the Russian oil and gas industry, as well as to the analysis of the volume of FDI. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Consideration of the country's investment policy. 2. Study of the methodological base of the investment mechanism. 3. Overview of investor countries and their investment volume. 4. Choosing the optimal method for evaluating the transaction and its practical application. Research and analysis of the impact of foreign investment in prohodilis on the basis of CHAO (Chukotka Autonomous District)and it was used the reports of consulting companies Vygon Consulting, where I was a significant part of the factual material: the information volume of investments and the statement of financial performance. Calculations were made that clearly show at what level of sustainable development the district selected for analysis is and what results in sustainable development are observed from the presence of investment projects. The evaluation was performed using the fuzzy logic method.
