Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Оценка эффективности внедрения цифрового ассистента на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса». Целью исследования : является Получение прибыли и привлечение новых клиентов, путем оптимизации и внедрения информационных систем, для повышения производительности предприятия, при текущих ресурсах, с использованием автоматизированного оборудования для систем дочерних обществ ПАО «Газпром Нефть». Предмет исследования: оптимизированная ИТ - система по управлению ресурсами производства в ООО ГПН - ННГА. Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, методы орг. проектирования и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Основные результаты исследования: - обоснована экономическая целесообразность и организационно - техническая возможность реализации оптимизации и внедрения ИТ - технологий; - обосновано условие экономически эффективного внедрения оптимизированной ИТ - системы по оказанию сервисных и диспетчерских услуг Область применения результатов ВКР: применение результатов работы в деятельности компании объекта и возможности масштабирования решения на предприятиях отрасли нефтегазового комплекса. Научной новизной исследования является : определение условий экономической эффективности использования цифровых помощников в ИТ - системах. Выводы: Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The topic of the master's final qualification work: "Evaluation of the effectiveness of the introduction of a digital assistant at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex." The purpose of the study: is to make a profit and attract new customers by optimizing and implementing information systems to increase the productivity of the enterprise, with current resources, using automated equipment for the systems of subsidiaries of Gazprom Neft PJSC. Subject of research: an optimized IT system for managing production resources at GPN-NNGA LLC. Research methods: We used general scientific research methods: content and comparative analysis, analogy method, org. designing and evaluating the investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - justified the economic feasibility and organizational and technical feasibility of the implementation of optimization and implementation of IT technologies; - substantiated the condition of cost-effective implementation of an optimized IT system for the provision of service and dispatching services Scope of FQP results: application of the results of work in the activities of the target company and the possibility of scaling the solution at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry. The scientific novelty of the research is: determining the conditions for the economic efficiency of using digital assistants in IT systems. Conclusions: The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions of further research are grounded.
