В данной работе спроектирован многоэтажный жилой дом с четырехуровневым автоматизированным подземным паркингом. В качестве объекта исследования выбрана технология гидроизоляции подземных сооружений «белая ванна». В работе рассмотрены суть и особенности применения данной технологии, выявлены ее преимущества и недостатки. Также проведен сравнительный анализ стоимостных и временных показателей строительства подземного паркинга многоэтажного жилого дома с применением технологии «белая ванна» и без нее.

In this work, a multi-story residential building with a four-level automated underground parking is engineered. The technology of waterproofing of underground structures “white bathtub” was chosen as the object of research. The essence and features of the application of this technology are considered in the work, its advantages and disadvantages are revealed. A comparative analysis of the cost and time indicators of the construction of an underground parking for a multi-storey residential building using the “white bath” technology and without it was also carried out.
