Целью исследования данной работы является исследование особенностей участия эксперта при производстве судебной электротехнической экспертизы о состоянии сетей и оборудования, а также анализ теоретических и практических проблем электротехнической экспертизы, в том числе проблемы применения методик производства исследования. В результате исследования выявлены основные направления развития экспертного исследования и разработки новых методик исследования объектов электротехники. Предложена концепция, согласно которой методы производства судебной электротехнической экспертизы состояния электрических сетей и оборудования должны развиваться в сторону объединения теории и практики в области исследования пожаров, материалов веществ и изделий, судебной товароведческой экспертизы. Также существенным обстоятельством для развития электротехнической экспертизы является совершенствование законодательства в сфере государственной стандартизации оборудования и технических элементов.

As a result of the research, we identified directions for the development of expert research and the development of new methods for researching electrical objects. The concept is proposed, according to which the methods of producing forensic electrical technical examination of the state of electrical networks and equipment should be developed towards combining theory and practice in the field of research of fires, materials of substances and products, forensic merchandising expertise. Also, an essential circumstance for the development of electrotechnical expertise is the improvement of legislation in the field of state standardization of equipment and technical elements.
