Работа посвящена исследованию влияния уровня механизации компаний на показатели рентабельности основных производственных фонтов и разработке путей повышения показателей рентабельности за счет изменения уровня механизации строительной компании. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ уровней механизации на примере трех строительных предприятий. 2. Анализ показателей рентабельности трех строительных компаний с учетом уровня механизации. 3. Выведение зависимости показателя рентабельности от уровня механизации компаний с помощью дисперсионного анализа. По результатам экспериментальных данных выявлена зависимость рентабельности от уровня механизации. На примере строительной компании с самым слабым уровнем механизации были предложены меры по повышению рентабельности предприятия. В результате работы на основе дисперсионного анализа было доказано, что не стоит недооценивать основной производственный фонд предприятия, ведь всё имеющееся оборудование, а также работники, способствуют эффективной работе предприятия и росту компании в целом.

The work is devoted to the study of the influence of the level of mechanization of companies on the profitability of the main production facilities and the development of ways to increase profitability by changing the level of mechanization of the construction company. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Analysis of the levels of mechanization on the example of three construction companies. 2. Analysis of the profitability indicators of three construction companies, taking into account the level of mechanization. 3. Deducing the dependence of the profitability indicator on the level of mechanization of companies using the analysis of variance. According to the results of experimental data, the dependence of profitability on the level of mechanization was revealed. On the example of a construction company with the weakest level of mechanization, measures were proposed to increase the profitability of the enterprise. As a result of the work based on the analysis of variance, it was proved that you should not underestimate the main production fund of the enterprise, because all the available equipment, as well as employees, contribute to the effective operation of the enterprise and the growth of the company as a whole. As a result of the work, it was proved that this could be related to the design and construction of new facilities, as well as during the reconstruction and modernization of existing facilities.
