Данная работа посвящена проведению оценки риска аварий и разработке рекомендаций по снижению риска аварий на нефтяных платформах. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ известных методов, моделей, технологий и особенностей обеспечения безопасности на нефтяных платформах; 2. Оценка риска аварий на нефтяных платформах; 3. Рекомендации по снижению риска аварий на нефтяных платформах. В данной работе был проведен анализ крупных аварий на нефтяных платформах, произошедших за последние 10 лет. В ходе анализа были выявлены основные причины, вызывающие возникновение аварийных ситуаций на нефтяных платформах. Был проведен анализ работы и безопасности, а также оценка риска одной из Российских нефтяных платформ. Даны рекомендации по снижению риска аварий на нефтяных платформах, в том числе в суровых климатических условиях, в которых приходится добывать нефть в России сегодня.
This work is devoted to assessing the risk of accidents and developing rec- ommendations for reducing the risk of accidents on oil platforms. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of known methods, models, technologies and features of safety assurance on oil platforms; 2. Assessment of the risk of accidents on oil platforms; 3. Recommendations for reducing the risk of accidents on oil platforms. In this paper, an analysis of major accidents on oil platforms that have oc- curred over the past 10 years was carried out. During the analysis, the main causes of emergencies on oil platforms were identified. A performance and safety analysis and a risk assessment of one of the Russian oil platforms were carried out. Recom- mendations are given to reduce the risk of accidents on oil platforms, including in the harsh climatic conditions in which oil has to be extracted in Russia today.
