В настоящей работе исследован правовой статус Центральной избирательной комиссии Российской Федерации, определены проблемы законодательного регулирования правового статуса Центральной избирательной комиссии Российской Федерации. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы являются предложения по решению правовых проблем, возникающих в области определения правового статуса Центральной избирательной комиссии в Российской Федерации.
