Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Экспериментальный метод в обеспечении производства судебных инженерно-технических экспертиз». Данная работа посвящена исследованию одному из методов экспертной практики – эксперименту. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тем, что за последние годы преступность растет, так же появляются новые виды преступления в банковской сфере, в сфере предпринимательства. Для повышения раскрываемости преступлений должны разрабатываться новые меры по совершенствованию работы правоохранительных органов. Одним из эффективных средств является метод эксперимента. Метод применяется при подготовке проведения следственных действий, построении следственных версий, мысленного воссоздания картины совершенного преступления. Целью данной работы является изучение особенностей применения эксперимента в экспертной практике, и выявление его роли в инженерно-технической экспертизе. Для достижения цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: - Раскрыть понятия и рассмотреть виды - Определить место эксперимента в системе методов экспертного исследования - Раскрыть роль эксперимента при производстве инженерно-технической экспертизы.
