The given work is devoted to study of composite films of organometallic perovskite CH3NH3PbBr3 with mixed cellulose ether, their photoelectric properties and stability. The aim of this work was to study the effect of introducing mixed cellulose ester into organometallic perovskite, its electrical and optical properties. For this purpose, samples of photoresistors were created based on composite films with different ratios of perovskite and cellulose ester, the dependence of the resistivity on time for such materials was investigated to assess stability, the optimal composition of the composite film was determined, a sample of a solar cell was created on the basis of the composite film, and its current-voltage characteristic was studied. As a result, it was found that the introduction of 10-30% mixed cellulose ester increases the stability of perovskite due to the formation of hydrogen bonds with it. When exposed to a simulated sunlight, the resistance of composite films decreases by 2-3 orders of magnitude, the effect persists for 70 days, while for pure perovskite degradation is observed in the first weeks. The studied composite films are promising materials for solar energy and optoelectronics.
