Предметом исследования выступили организационно-экономические отношения между органами власти, государственными организациями и промышленными предприятиями, возникающие в процессе поддержки внедрения цифровых технологий в промышленный сектор национальной экономики. Цель работы разработать и научно обосновать организационно-экономические меры, направленные на стимулирование внедрения цифровых технологий на промышленных предприятиях РФ. В качестве методов исследования были выбраны следующие. Применение анализа позволило получить результаты и на их основе сформулировать выводы проблемах внедрения цифровых технологий на промышленных предприятиях. Метод сравнения обеспечил позволит выявить дисбаланс между современными результатами экономически развитых стран и РФ. Эксперимент позволил выявить наиболее предпочтительный вариант поддержки внедрения цифровых технологий субъектами промышленного сектора экономики посредством снижения ставки налога на прибыль. Проведен анализ государственных и негосударственных институтов, анализ мер поддержки показал значительный вклад в субъекты промышленного предпринимательства, особенно поддержка направлена на крупные предприятия и их формирование. Оценен спрос на цифровые технологии в промышленности РФ, выявлено неравномерное развитие спроса на передовые цифровые технологии по секторам экономики и социальной сферы России. Работа проведена на базе данных Росстата, ФНС и ЕМИСС о промышленных предприятиях РФАО. Меры были созданы с учетом экономической обстановки, а именно побочных эффектов от пандемии COVID-19, перестроения режима труда и необходимости иметь гибкую систему производства.

The subject of the research was the organizational and economic relations between government bodies, government organizations and industrial enterprises that arise in the process of supporting the introduction of digital technologies in the industrial sector of the national economy. The purpose of the work is to develop and scientifically substantiate organizational and economic measures aimed at stimulating the introduction of digital technologies at industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. The following research methods were chosen. The application of the analysis made it possible to obtain results and, on their basis, to formulate conclusions on the problems of introducing digital technologies in industrial enterprises. The comparison method provided will reveal the imbalance between the current results of economically developed countries and the Russian Federation. The experiment made it possible to identify the most preferable option for supporting the introduction of digital technologies by subjects of the industrial sector of the economy by reducing the income tax rate. The analysis of state and non-state institutions was carried out, the analysis of support measures showed a significant contribution to the subjects of industrial entrepreneurship, especially support is aimed at large enterprises and their formation. The demand for digital technologies in the industry of the Russian Federation is assessed, the uneven development of demand for advanced digital technologies in the sectors of the economy and social sphere of Russia is revealed. The work was carried out on the basis of the data of Rosstat, FTS and EMISS on industrial enterprises of the RFAO. The measures were created taking into account the economic environment, namely the side effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the restructuring of the work schedule and the need for a flexible production system.
