Предмет исследования - деятельность по реализации строительных проектов на предприятии АО «БИК». Объект исследования - Акционерное Общество «Балтийская Инжиниринговая Компания». Цель работы - поиск путей и предложение мероприятий по повышению эффективности реализации строительных проектов АО «БИК». Работа выполнена на материалах из открытого доступа, источники приведены в списке использованной литературы. Использованные методы: методы расчёта эффективности реализации проекта, сравнительный анализ, анализ цифровых систем. Результаты работы: 1) были изучены теоретические аспекты анализа эффективности реализации проекта; 2) была проанализирована структура компании АО «БИК»; 3) были изучены архитектурно планировочные решения и этапы реализации строительного объекта пятого сухого склада; 4) проведен сравнительный анализ плановой и фактической себестоимости строительства объекта пятого склада; 5) были выявлены причины удорожания строительства; 6) были разработаны мероприятия для повышения эффективности реализации строительных проектов на предприятии АО «БИК». Область применения результатов ВКР – строительные компании. Выводы: задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The subject of the study is the implementation of construction projects at the enterprise of JSC "BIK". The object of the study is the Joint-Stock Company "Baltic Engineering Company". The purpose of the work is to find ways and propose measures to improve the efficiency of the implementation of construction projects of JSC "BIC". The work is based on materials from open access, the sources are given in the list of references. Methods used: methods for calculating the effectiveness of project implementation, comparative analysis, analysis of digital systems. Results of the work: 1) the theoretical aspects of the analysis of the project implementation efficiency were studied; 2) the structure of the company of JSC "BIC" was analyzed»; 3) architectural and planning solutions and stages of implementation of the construction project of the fifth dry warehouse were studied; 4) a comparative analysis of the planned and actual cost of construction of the fifth warehouse facility was carried out; 5) the reasons for the rise in the cost of construction were identified; 6) measures were developed to improve the efficiency of the implementation of construction projects at the enterprise of JSC "BIK". The scope of application of the results is construction companies. Conclusions: the tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of the results has been determined.
