The study devoted to the development of a method for core/shell particles by a two-stage synthesis consisting of sequential colloidal synthesis of metal cores us-ing the example of copper and covering them with a semiconductor shell using the example of molybdenum disulfide by the method of aerosol assisted chemical va-por deposition. Tasks that were solved in the course of work: development of a core/shell nanoparticles synthesis method; investigation of the influence of pro-cess parameters on the parameters of metal cores; investigation of the influence of process parameters on the parameters of core/shell nanoparticles. As a result of the work, a method for the synthesis of the core/shell parti-cles was developed, the dependences of the parameters of obtained copper cores on the concentration of the initial reagent, the parameters of obtained core/shell particles on the concentration of the initial reagent were investigated.
