Цель работы - анализ работы существующего процесса отправки отчетов в налоговую службу в отеле «Art Nuvo Palace», выявление «узких» (проблемных) мест в алгоритме и предложение варианта решения существующей ситуации. Задачи работы: - проанализировать существующий алгоритм отправки отчетов в налоговую службу; - построить модель алгоритма с помощью archimate; - выявить «узкое» место; - провести анализ «узкого» места; - найти способ, который поможет избежать «узкое» место и предложить его, предварительно выбрав наиболее подходящий метод; - построить и проанализировать новую модель с помощью archimate; Работа выполнена на материалах из учебных источников, интернет-источников и законодательства Российской Федерации. Методы: моделирование бизнес-процессов, календарный план, анализ данных, программа ArchiMate. Результат работы: - изучена методология и концепции моделирования архитектуры предприятия на языке ArchiMate; - рассмотрена организационная структура компании - построена архитектуры процесса формирования отчета для налоговой службы; - выявлено узкое место данного процесса; - выбран и предложен вариант решения проблемы. Практическая значимость данной выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в построении существующей модели бизнес-процесса, улучшение его работы и построение улучшенного бизнес-процесса.

The purpose of the work – analysis of the work of the already existing system for sending reports to the tax service, identification of "bottlenecks" (problem) places in the algorithm and proposal of a solution to the existing situation. Tasks of work: - analyze the existing algorithm for sending reports to the tax service; - build an algorithm model using archimate; - identify the bottleneck; - conduct a bottleneck analysis; - find a way to avoid the bottleneck and suggest it after selecting the most suitable method; - build and analyze a new model using ArchiMate; Work is performed on the basis of educational sources, Internet sources and the legislation of the Russian Federation. Methods used: business process modeling, scheduling, data analysis, ArchiMate program. Work results: - studied the methodology and concepts of modeling enterprise architecture in the ArchiMate language; - considered the organizational structure of the company - the architecture of the process of generating a report for the tax service was built; - the bottleneck of this process was revealed; - selected and suggested a solution to the problem. The practical significance of the work is to build an existing model of a business process, improve its work and build an improved business process.
