Цель работы: разработка проекта внедрения SRM-системы в рамках проекта по цифровизации производства. Задачи работы: - анализ деятельности предприятия; - разработка проекта по внедрению SRM-системы; - оценка эффективности внедрения SRM-системы. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности открытого акционерного общества «Тверской вагоностроительный завод». Использованные методы: моделирование и описание бизнес-процессов, инфографика, управление проектами, управление рисками, оценка коммерческой эффективности. Результаты работы: - проанализирована деятельность Тверского вагоностроительного завода; - описаны мероприятия, направленные на цифровизацию производственных процессов; - разработан проект по внедрению SRM-системы в рамках проекта «Цифровой завод»; - проведена оценка качественных и количественных показателей эффективности после внедрения системы, рассчитан размер дополнительной прибыли, получаемой с каждого рубля инвестиционных затрат, определен простой срок окупаемости проекта внедрения. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами внедрения SRM-системы: сокращение временных затрат на заказ товара у поставщиков, повышение качества доставок за счет предоставления доступа к расширенной информации о поставщиках, повышение прозрачности закупочной деятельности. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов – вагоностроительная отрасль.

The purpose of the work is a development of the SRM system implementation project within the framework of the production digitalization project. Tasks of work: - analysis of the company's activities; - development of the SRM system implementation project; - evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of the SRM system. Work is performed on the basis of the materials on the activities of the open joint-stock company "Tver Railway Car Building Plant". Methods: modeling and description of business processes, infographics, project management, risk management, commercial efficiency assessment. The main results of the work: - the activity of the Tver Railway Car Building Plant is analyzed; - measures aimed at digitalization of production processes are described; - a project for the implementation of the SRM system within the framework of the Digital Plant project has been developed; - the assessment of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators after the implementation of the system was carried out, the amount of additional profit received from each ruble of investment costs was calculated, and the simple payback period for the implementation project was determined. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the implementation of the SRM system: reducing the time spent on ordering goods from suppliers, improving the quality of deliveries by providing access to expanded information about suppliers, increasing the transparency of procurement activities. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC are solved, the goal is achieved, the scope of application of the results is determined – the car building industry.
