Работа посвящена анализу специфики формирования имиджа компании в телевизионной индустрии, а также подготовке к проведению PR-кампании. Раскрывается история формирования имиджа, а также его структура и функции. Рассмотрены современные PR-технологии формирования и продвижения имиджа организации. Отображается специфика формирования имиджа компании в телевизионной индустрии. Работа проведена на примере ГТРК «Петербург-5 канал». Была дана характеристика организации, отображен фирменный стиль, проведены конкурентный анализ, анализ целевой аудитории, SWOT-анализ, PEST-анализ и коммуникационный анализ компании и ее конкурентов. На основании проведенного исследования был предложен проект по продвижению и формированию имиджа на площадке Youtube.
The work is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the formation of the company's image in the television industry, as well as preparation for a PR campaign. The history of the formation of the image, as well as its structure and functions are revealed. The modern PR-technologies for the formation and promotion of the organization's image are considered. The specificity of the formation of the company's image in the television industry is displayed. The work was carried out on the example of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "Petersburg-5 channel" The characteristics of the organization were given, the corporate style was displayed, a competitive analysis, analysis of the target audience, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and communication analysis of the company and its competitors were carried out. Based on the study, a project was proposed to promote and the channel's image formation by using a platform such as Youtube.
