Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Организация экспедирования грузов (на примере ООО «ТрансАрт»)». Целью работы явилось анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, выявление актуальных проблем и разработка рекомендаций для их решения. Работа выполнена на материалах финансовой и бухгалтерской отчетности ООО «ТрансАрт». Предмет ВКР - деятельность по организации экспедирования грузов ООО «ТрансАрт» и мероприятия по совершенствованию деятельности организации Методы: теоретические методы исследования: анализ учебной литературы, анализ экономических и финансовых показателей, SWOT- анализ, а также методы оценки экономической эффективности. Основные результаты работы: – проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; – выявлены основные проблемы предприятия: отсутствие электронного документооборота и отсутствие надлежащей проверки контрагентов; – разработаны мероприятия по решению проблем и совершенствованию деятельности предприятия; – проведен расчет экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР – применение предложенных мероприятий в деятельности ООО «ТрансАрт» должно повысить уровень конкурентоспособности предприятия и благоприятно повлиять на экономико-финансовые показатели предприятия. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, identification of urgent problems and the development of recommendations for their solution. The work has been carried out on the materials of financial and accounting statements of LLC "TransArt". The subject of the GQW - activities for the organization of freight forwarding of LLC "TransArt" and measures to improve the activities of the organization. Research methods used: theoretical research methods: analysis of educational literature, analysis of economic and financial indicators, SWOTanalysis, methods for assessing economic efficiency. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – analysis of the financial and economic activities of the organization; – identified the main problems of the enterprise: the lack of electronic document management and the lack of proper verification of counterparties; – measures have been developed to solve problems and improve the activities of the enterprise; – the calculation of the economic efficiency of the proposed measures was carried out. The areas of the GQW results application – application of the proposed measures in the activities of LLC «TransArt» should increase the level of competitiveness of the organization and have a favorable effect on the economic and financial indicators of the organization Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
