Данная работа посвящена анализу финансового состояния компании и разработке мероприятий по улучшению финансовых результатов деятельности предприятия. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение финансового состояния компании и ее положение на рынке. 2. Выявление основных экономических проблем компании. 3. Разработка рекомендаций по улучшению финансовых результатов и положения компании на рынке. 4. Расчет эффекта от внедрения предложенных мероприятий. Работа проведена на базе АО «ОДК-Авиадвигатель», где была проанализирована финансовая отчетность компании. Были произведены расчеты, демонстрирующие влияние предлагаемых мероприятий на конечный финансовый результат. В конечном итоге была проанализирована эффективность внедрения мер по импортозамещению, сокращению объемов незавершенного производства, снижению объемов производственных запасов и уменьшению объема краткосрочных заемных средств. На основании проведенных исследований было принято решение о внедрении всех предложенных мероприятий, так как расчеты показали, что такое внедрении благоприятно скажется на финансовых результатах компании.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the financial condition of the company and the development of measures to improve the financial results of the enterprise. The tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of the financial condition of the company and its position in the market. 2. Identification of the main economic problems of the company. 3. Development of recommendations to improve the financial results and position of the company in the market. 4. Calculation of the effect of the implementation of the proposed measures. The work was carried out on the basis of JSC "UEC-Aviadvigatel", where the financial statements of the company were analyzed. Calculations were made to demonstrate the impact of the proposed activities on the final financial result. Ultimately, the effectiveness of the implementation of import substitution measures, reducing the volume of work in progress, reducing the volume of inventories and reducing the volume of short-term borrowed funds was analyzed. Based on the research carried out, it was decided to implement all the proposed measures, since the calculations showed that such an implementation would have a positive effect on the company's financial results.
