Разработан проект автоматизации бизнес-процессов в бухгалтерии ООО "Медиа Инсайт". Дана характеристика организации и отдела финансового учета, организационной структуры планово-экономического управления. Проведен анализ проблем в отделе бухгалтерского учета финансов, выявлено, что основной проблемой являются большие трудозатраты времени на формирование управленческой отчетности. Для повышения эффективности работы отдела предлагается проект по автоматизации ключевого бизнес-процесса предприятия. Был рассмотрен процесс учета финансов как бизнес-процесс. Построены модели "как есть" и "как должно быть" процесса формирования бюджета доходов и расходов в нотации IDEF0. Проведен сравнительный анализ компьютерных программ для проекта. Сформулированы предложения по использованию Adesk для решения выявленных проблем. Для управления проектом используется логико-структурный подход. С помощью Microsoft Project был разработан план реализации проекта. Было сделано экономическое обоснование проекта и выявлены преимущества проекта.

A project of business process automation in the accounting department of Media Insight LLC has been developed. The characteristics of the organization and the financial accounting department, the organizational structure of the planning and economic management are given. The analysis of problems in the accounting department of finance is carried out, it is revealed that the main problem is the large labor costs of time for the formation of management reports. To improve the efficiency of the department, a project is proposed to automate the key business process of the enterprise. The process of accounting for finance as a business process was considered. The "as is" and "as it should be" models of the process of forming the budget of income and expenses in the IDEF0 notation are constructed. A comparative analysis of computer programs for the project is carried out. Suggestions for using Adesk to solve the identified problems are formulated. A logical-structural approach is used to manage the project. With the help of Microsoft Project, a project implementation plan was developed. The economic justification of the project was made and the advantages of the project were identified.
