Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является увеличение конкурентоспособности предприятия ООО «Красотка Трейд» при помощи оптимизации организации доставки товаров и внедрения инновационных технологий В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1.Обзор организационной структуры ООО «Красотка Трейд» 2. Исследование логистических бизнес-процессов 3. Ознакомление с инновационными технологиями в торговле 4. Конкурентный и маркетинговый анализ ООО «Красотка Трейд» 5. Разработка усовершенствования системы организации доставки товаров ООО «Красотка Трейд» 6. Оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью ООО «Красотка Трейд». В ходе работы были рассмотрены логистические бизнес-процессы, инновационные технологии в торговле, а также проведена экономическая оценка предприятия Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Красотка Трейд» комплекса мер для оптимизации доставки товаров до конечного покупателя.
