Разработан проект по адаптации сотрудников на предприятии ООО «Медиалайн». Приведена характеристика организации, организационная структура планово-экономического управления. Проведен анализ проблем адаптации персонала в организации, связанный с отсутствием автоматизации процесса онбординга. Для данных проблем предложен проект автоматизации процесса адаптации.
