Предмет исследования - финансовое обеспечение развития экономики регионов Китая. Актуальность выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в необходимости исследования поиска новых возможностей для устойчивого развития регионов Китая с помощью финансового обеспечения, которое затруднено из-за ряда причин, в том числе экономического спада, вызванного влиянием мирового экономического кризиса, увеличивающихся экономических рисков, повышение нагрузки на региональные бюджеты, снижение доступности привлекаемых в экономику средств. Цель исследования – рассмотреть состояние и перспективы финансового обеспечения развития экономики регионов Китая. Задачи исследования: рассмотреть виды финансовых ресурсов и их значение, выявить проблемы функционирования и развития региональной социально-экономической системы Китая, изучить государственную поддержку развития регионов Китая, проанализировать функционирования и развития реального сектора как ключевого объекта финансового обеспечения развития экономики региона Китая, проанализировать показатели состояния и развития реального сектора регионов Китая, провести анализ инновационной инфраструктуры регионов Китая, определить перспективы финансовой поддержки экономического развития Китая. На основе анализа региональной экономики Китая выявлены характеристики и различия между четырьмя регионами Китая. Определены характеристики распределения реальной экономики в китайском регионе и важность региональных инноваций. Определены перспективы взаимодействия реального сектора экономики и банков и перспективы оказания финансовой поддержки экономического развития Китая.

The subject of the research is financial support for the development of the economy of China's regions. The relevance of the final qualification work lies in the need to study the search for new opportunities for the sustainable development of China's regions with the help of financial support, which is difficult due to a number of reasons, including the economic recession caused by the impact of the global economic crisis, increasing economic risks, an increase in the load on regional budgets, a decrease in the availability of funds attracted to the economy. The purpose of the study is to consider the state and prospects of financial support for the development of the economy of China's regions. Research objectives: to consider the types of financial resources and their value, to identify the problems of the functioning and development of the regional socio-economic system of China, to study state support for the development of regions of China, to analyze the functioning and development of the real sector as a key object of financial support for the development of the economy of the region of China, to analyze indicators of the state and development of the real sector of China's regions, analyze the innovation infrastructure of China's regions, determine the prospects for financial support for China's economic development. Based on the analysis of the regional economy of China, the characteristics and differences between the four regions of China are revealed. The characteristics of the distribution of the real economy in the Chinese region and the importance of regional innovations are determined. The prospects for the interaction of the real sector of the economy and banks and the prospects for providing financial support for the economic development of China have been determined.
