Данная работа посвящена разработке бизнес-проекта для выхода торговой организации на рынки Франции и Китая. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Определение понятий внешнеторговой и внешнеэкономической деятельности.2. Выявление основных стратегий, которые компания может использовать для выхода на международный рынок.3. Исследование организационной структуры и финансового состояния ООО «Вкусвилл».4. Проведение анализа рынков Франции и Китая.5. Разработка бизнес-проекта по выходу на рынки Франции и Китая.Работа выполнялась в обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Вкусвилл». В ходе работы была рассмотрена организационная структура компании, ее финансовое состояние. Также был проведен анализ рынков Франции и Китая, и определены тенденции их развития. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Вкусвилл» бизнес-проекта (способы организации бизнеса, возможные затраты) для развития внешнеторговой деятельности.

This work is devoted to the development of a business project for a trade organization to enter the markets of France and China. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Definition of the concepts of foreign trade and foreign economic activity. 2. Identification of the main strategies that the company can use to enter the international market. 3. Research of the organizational structure and financial condition of Vkusvill LLC.4. Analysis of the French and Chinese markets.5. Development of a business project to enter the markets of France and China.The work was carried out in a limited liability company "Vkusvill". In the course of the work, the organizational structure of the company and its financial condition were considered. An analysis of the French and Chinese markets was also carried out, and their development trends were determined.The result of the work was the development of a business project for Vkusvill LLC (ways of organizing a business, possible costs) for the development of foreign trade activities.
