Данная работа посвящена исследованию рынка электроэнергии и мощности РФ и энергосбытовой деятельности. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: – проанализировано современное состояние рынка электроэнергии и мощности; – исследована деятельность сбытовых компаний как участников оптового и розничного рынков электроэнергии и мощности; – проанализировано ценообразование стоимости услуг электроснабжения; – рассчитан экономический эффект от смены поставщика энергии; – дана оценка эффективности различных способов закупки энергии с учетом цены энергоснабжения и условий реализации. Оценка эффективности проекта проведена на базе ООО «Выборгская лесопромышленная корпорация». Проведены расчеты стоимости энергоснабжения различными способами (у ГП, у НЭСК, с ОРЭМ), на основании которых подсчитан экономический эффект проекта. Расчеты производились с помощью программы Excel. В результате был проведен анализ способов закупки электроэнергии промышленным предприятием по бальной системе на основе следующих факторов: – стоимости услуги; – длительности перехода; – системы учета; – процедуры расчета и размера сбытовой надбавки; – условия договора энергоснабжения; – дополнительных затрат; – наличия системы дополнительных сервисов. В итоге оптимальный способ закупки электроэнергии промышленным предприятием – у независимой энергосбытовой компании, которому характерны низкая цена и гибкие договорные условия.

This work is devoted to the study of the electricity and capacity market of the Russian Federation and energy sales activities. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: - the current state of the electricity and capacity market is analyzed; - the activity of sales companies as participants in the wholesale and retail markets of electricity and capacity is investigated; - analyzed the pricing of the cost of electricity supply services; - the economic effect of changing the energy supplier is calculated; - an assessment of the effectiveness of various methods of energy procurement is given, taking into account the price of energy supply and the conditions of implementation. The evaluation of the project's effectiveness was carried out on the basis of Vyborg Timber Corporation LLC. Calculations of the cost of energy supply in various ways (at the GS, at the IESC, with the WECM) were carried out, on the basis of which the economic effect of the project was calculated. The calculations were made using the Excel program. As a result, an analysis of the ways of purchasing electricity by an industrial enterprise according to the point system was carried out on the basis of the following factors – – the cost of the service; – transition duration; – accounting systems; – procedures for calculating and measuring the sales allowance; – terms of the power supply contract; – additional costs; – availability of a system of additional services. As a result, the best way to purchase electricity by an industrial enterprise is from an independent energy sales company, which is characterized by a low price and flexible contractual term.
