Работа посвящена исследованию роли и значению товарных запасов на предприятии, представлены методы управления товарными запасами для оптимизации товарных категорий. В ходе исследования решались следующие задачи: 1. Изучение характеристики деятельности предприятия. 2. Изучение теоретических основ и различных методов анализа товарных запасов. 3. Анализ финансово-экономической деятельности предприятия. 4. Автоматизация планирования запасов в условиях цифровизации. 5. Расчет экономической эффективности внедрения предлагаемых мероприятий. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Медицинское предприятие «Симург», где весь задействующий фактический материал представлял собой финансовую отчетность по данным ФНС и Росстат и отчет о финансовых результатах. Анализ проводился при помощи программы для работы с электронными таблицами Excel, а также программы «1С: ERP Управление предприятием». В результате была проанализирована финансово-хозяйственная деятельность предприятия. На основании анализа ассортимента по категориям было предложены пути совершенствования управления запасами, выявлены наиболее ликвидные запасы.

The work is devoted to the study of the role and importance of inventory at the enterprise, methods of inventory management are presented to optimize product categories. During the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of the characteristics of the enterprise. 2. Studying the theoretical foundations and various methods of analyzing commodity stocks. 3. Analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. 4. Automation of inventory planning in the context of digitalization. 5. Calculation of the economic efficiency of the implementation of the proposed measures. The work was carried out on the basis of Simurg Medical Enterprise LLC, where all the factual material involved was financial statements according to the Federal Tax Service and Rosstat and a report on financial results. The analysis was carried out using a program for working with spreadsheets Excel, as well as the program "1C: ERP Enterprise Management". As a result, the financial and economic activities of the enterprise were analyzed. Based on the analysis of the assortment by category, ways of improving inventory management were proposed, and the most liquid stocks were identified.
