Данная работа посвящена созданию стратегического планирования организации с учетом финансового анализа и ее деятельности. Внедряется специальная автоматизированная депозитная машина и оценивается ее эффективность влияния на экономические показатели организации. Объект исследование – Объединение РОСИНКАС. Предмет исследования – внедрение АДМ устройства и оценка эффективности влияния. Цель исследования - я исследование методов оценки и ее показателей инновационной деятельности предприятия, а также ее активность, потенциал и результат эффективности. Задачами исследования являются: разобраться в содержании понятия «инновационный потенциал и деятельность», дать общую характеристику его составных частей, дать определение понятию «конкурентоспособность организации» как основе развития предприятия, обладающего рядом преимуществ,анализировать показатели для оценки инновационной деятельности организации. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Рассмотреть сущность и особенности внедрения и потенциала инноваций для конкурентоспособности организаций. 2. Провести анализ рынка инкассации. 3.Проанализировать деятельность организации по экономическим показателям 4. Разработать стратегический план предприятия. 5. Обосновать целесообразность и эффективность внедрения автоматизированной депозитной машины.

This work is devoted to the creation of the strategic planning of the organization, taking into account the financial analysis and its activities. A special automated deposit machine is implemented and its effectiveness in influencing the economic indicators of the organization is evaluated. The object of the study is the ROSINKAS Association. The subject of the study is the introduction of an ADM device and the assessment of the effectiveness of the influence. The purpose of the study is to study the methods of evaluation and its indicators of the innovative activity of the enterprise, as well as its activity, potential and the result of efficiency. The objectives of the study are: to understand the content of the concept of "innovative potential and activity", to give a general description of its components, to define the concept of "competitiveness of the organization" as the basis for the development of an enterprise that has a number of advantages, analyze indicators for evaluating the organization's innovation performance. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. To consider the essence and features of the implementation and potential of innovations for the competitiveness of organizations. 2. Conduct an analysis of the collection market. 3. Analyze the organization's performance in terms of economic indicators 4. Develop a strategic plan for the company. 5. To justify the feasibility and effectiveness of the introduction of an automated deposit machine.
