Цель исследования – разработать рекомендации по улучшению эффективности стратегии развития компании на основе технологии Industry 4.0 в Арктике. Объект исследования - международная компания “НОВАТЭК” Предмет исследования – стратегия развития компании на основе использования технологии Industry 4.0 в Арктике. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: -Изучение теоретических основ стратегий развития компаний; -Анализ деятельности компании “НОВАТЭК”; -Разработка рекомендаций по улучшению стратегии развития компании “НОВАТЭК”. Методы: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: SWOT-анализ, сравнительный анализ, анализ конкурентов, сбор и обработка данных, метод оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты ВКР: –проанализирована деятельность компании; –разработаны рекомендации по улучшению стратегии развития компании “НОВАТЭК” в Арктике; –проведена оценка эффективности разработанных рекомендаций.

The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the company's development strategy based on Industry 4.0 technology in the Arctic. The object of research is the international company "NOVATEK" The subject of the research is the company's development strategy based on the use of Industry 4.0 technology in the Arctic. The tasks that were solved in the course of the study: -Studying the theoretical foundations of companies' development strategies; -Analysis of the activities of the company "NOVATEK"; -Development of recommendations for improving the development strategy of NOVATEK. Methods: general scientific research methods were used: SWOT analysis, comparative analysis, competitor analysis, data collection and processing, a method for assessing the effectiveness of projects. The main results of the work: –Analyzed the activities of the company; - Recommendations were developed to improve the development strategy of NOVATEK in the Arctic; –The effectiveness of the developed recommendations was assessed.
