Цель работы - разработка теоретических положений и методических рекомендаций по совершенствованию управления рисками инвестиционной деятельности LLC «Google». Результаты работы: раскрыта сущность и содержание инвестиционной деятельности; раскрыта сущность и содержание рисков инвестиционной деятельности; изучены принципы и методы исследования и анализа риска инвестиционной деятельности; дана характеристика компании LLC «Google»; проведен анализ инвестиционной деятельности LLC «Google»; проведен анализ управления рисками инвестиционной деятельности LLC «Google»; предложены направления развития механизма управления инвестиционными рисками; рассчитан экономический эффект от предложенных мероприятий. Выводы: Для минимизации ущерба от случайных событий были применены различные механизмы управления рисками инвестиционных проектов, которые смогут компенсировать ущерб. Действия, направленные на снижение риска: - снижение влияния риска на хозяйственную и производственную деятельность; - сохранение риска на допустимом уровне; - частичная передача риска другому лицу.

The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical provisions and methodological recommendations for improving the risk management of investment activities of LLC "Google". Conclusions: In order to minimize the damage from accidental events, various risk management mechanisms of investment projects were applied, which will be able to compensate for the damage. Actions aimed at reducing risk: - reducing the impact of risk on economic and production activities; - maintaining the risk at an acceptable level; - partial transfer of risk to another person.
