В данной выпускной квалификационной работе было проведено изучение и анализ методического аппарата оценки техногенного риска, изучены и проанализированы данные о площадке мазутного хозяйства и проведена оценка техногенного риска для площадки мазутного хозяйства тэплоэлектроцентрали. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Идентификация причин аварий на мазутном хозяйстве ТЭЦ; 2. Описание методического аппарата оценки техногенного риска аварий; 3. Оценка риска аварий на площадке мазутного хозяйства ТЭЦ и разработка превентивных мероприятий. Для осуществления оценки техногенного риска были определены сценарии развития аварии, установлены частоты их реализации, проведены необходимые расчеты и оценены значения поражающих факторов. Также рассчитаны вероятности поражения людей при возникновении аварий. На основании проведенного анализа риска, были разработаны мероприятия, значительно снижающие уровень риска на рассматриваемом опасном производственном объекте.

In this final qualifying work, the study and analysis of the methodological apparatus for assessing technogenic risk was carried out, data on a hazardous production facility - the site of the fuel oil sector, were studied and analyzed, and the assessment of the technogenic risk for the site of the fuel oil sector of the heating power plant was carried out. The research set the following goals: 1. Identification of the causes of accidents at the fuel oil facilities of the CHPP; 2. Description of the methodological apparatus for assessing the technogenic risk of accidents; 3. Assessment of the risk of accidents at the site of the fuel oil facilities of the CHPP and the development of preventive measures. To assess the technogenic risk, the scenarios of the accident development were determined, the frequencies of their occurrence were established, the necessary calculations were carried out and the values of the damaging factors were estimated. The probabilities of injury to people in the event of accidents are also calculated. Based on the risk analysis carried out, measures were developed that significantly reduce the level of risk at the considered hazardous production facility.
