Тема выпускной̆ квалификационной̆ работы: Контроллинг в системе управления предприятием (на примере ООО «МЕТИЗ-ПИТЕР»). Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – разработка и интеграция системы контроллинга на предприятие ООО «МЕТИЗ-ПИТЕР» и оценка её эффективности. Для достижения поставленной цели были решены следующие задачи: 1) Изучены теоретические основы контроллинга; 2) Выполнена характеристика организации ООО «МЕТИЗ-ПИТЕР». Рассмотрена сфера деятельности организации. Произведен анализ внешней среды, анализ основных конкурентов, анализ основных покупателей. Проведен анализ финансового состояния исследуемого предприятия; 3)Осуществлена разработка системы сбалансированных показателей. Построен каждый бизнес-процесс. Доказана эффективность интеграции системы контроллинга. Объектом изучения в работе является ООО «МЕТИЗ-ПИТЕР». Предметом изучения являются бизнес-процессы, возникающие в процессе его финансово-хозяйственной деятельности. Научная новизна работы заключается в возможности применения предложенных мероприятий по управлению деятельностью компании. При выполнении выпускной квалификационной работы в качестве теоретической базы были использованы нормативно-правовые акты, учебные пособия, справочные издания, научные статьи. В качестве информационной базы взяты данные учета и отчетности «МЕТИЗ-ПИТЕР».

The subject of the graduate qualification work is « Controlling in the enterprise management system (on the example of LLC "METIZ-PETER"». The purpose of the graduate qualification work is development and implementation of the controlling system at the company "METIZ-PITER" and evaluation of its effectiveness. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: 1) The theoretical foundations of controlling are studied; 2) The characteristic of the organization of LLC "METIZ-PETER" is performed. The scope of the organization's activities is considered. The analysis of the external environment, the analysis of the main competitors, the analysis of the main buyers is made. The analysis of the financial condition of the studied enterprise is carried out; 3) A system of balanced indicators has been developed. Every business process is built. The effectiveness of the implementation of the controlling system is proved. The object of study in the work is LLC "METIZ-PETER". The subject of the study is the business processes that arise in the course of its financial and economic activities. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the possibility of applying the proposed measures to manage the company's activities. When executing the graduate qualification work, normative legal acts, textbooks, reference books, and scientific articles were used as the theoretical basis. As an information base, took accounting and reporting data of LLC "METIZ-PETER".
