Целью работы является разработка мероприятий, направленных на улучшение показателей деятельности предприятия. Задачи работы: - рассмотрение методов и показателей оценки инвестиционной привлекательности; - проведение комплексного анализа деятельности АО «ЛенСпецСму» за 2014-2019 гг.; - проведение комплекса мероприятий, направленных на повышение эффективности хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Объектом исследования является АО «ЛенСпецСму». Методы: Анализ эффективности использования основных, оборотных и финансовых средств предприятия, анализ затрат на производство и себестоимость продукции и анализ финансовых результатов деятельности предприятия. Основные результаты работы: В ходе проведения исследования был создан комплекс мер по улучшению финансово-хозяйственного состояния предприятия, основанный на анализе его отчётности за последние шесть лет. Мероприятия направлены на повышение чистой прибыли предприятия.
