With the development of the fifth generation of mobile communication systems, the bandwidth used is increasing, the required frequency is getting higher and higher. Millimeter wave technology and large-scale antenna technology as a key 5G technology, the combination of these two technologies can effectively improve the broadband bandwidth of wireless channels. This article discusses various MIMO(Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output)model types to study the bit error rate of various MIMO models. The simulation is based on non-selective Rayleigh channels and 5G millimeter wave chan-nels(using 5G Toolbox Simulink), the system simulation is performed in Simulink based on block diagrams, using the MATLAB bertool functionality to study the system bit error rate. Bit error rate in different systems depending on the number of receiving and transmitting antennas and different types of modulation.
