Целью работы является разработка и обоснование комплекса мероприятий по внедрению аддитивных технологий в производственный процесс. Задачи работы: - Описание предприятия и его деятельности. Организационная структура предприятия и структура управления предприятием; - Анализ показателей экономической деятельности компании АО «ОДК-Климов»; - Экономическое обоснование мероприятий по внедрению аддитивных технологий. Разработка выполнялась на материалах предприятия АО «ОДК - Климов». Методы: применялся, SWOT–анализ, анализ хозяйственной деятельности компании, анализ эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Основные результаты работы: - Был проведен анализ деятельности предприятия, производимых товаров и внешней среды; -Был выполнен анализ хозяйственной деятельности компании АО «ОДК-Климов», выявлены слабые стороны компании, а также представлены мероприятия по решению возникших в компании проблем; - Была дана характеристика аддитивным технологиям, проведен анализ рациональности их внедрения на производство. Практическая значимость данной работы заключается в возможности реализации предложенных мер по совершенствованию системы производства продукции в компании АО «ОДК-Климов».
