Цель работы – разработка рекомендаций по ускорению цифровизации компании в Арктике. Работа выполнена на материалах ПАО «АЛРОСА». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение роли цифровой трансформации в Арктике. 2. Изучение специфики деятельности компании. 3. Анализ использования компанией цифровых технологий. 4. Разработка рекомендаций по ускорению цифровой трансформации компании в Арктике. 5. Оценка эффективности предложенных рекомендаций. 6. Работа проведена на базе ПАО «АЛРОСА». Методы: факторный анализ для оценки использования компанией цифровых технологий, построение project canvas для визуализации бизнес-плана предложенного проекта. Результаты работы: 1. Был предложен проект цифровой трансформации процесса обучения охране труда и производственной безопасности в ПАО «АЛРОСА» с помощью Комплекса ProExpVR. 2. Подсчитаны затраты на реализацию проекта. 3. Дана экономическая оценка эффективности проекта: проект окупается за 16 месяцев за счёт эффекта увеличения производительности труда и сокращения издержек. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности применять предложенные рекомендации для трансформации процесса обучения и переквалификации кадров. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена практическая значимость работы.

The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for accelerating the digitalization of the company in the Arctic. The work was performed on the materials of PJSC ALROSA. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Exploring the role of digital transformation in the Arctic. 2. Studying the specifics of the company's activities. 3. Analysis of the company's use of digital technologies. 4. Development of recommendations to accelerate the digital transformation of the company in the Arctic. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations. 6. The work was carried out on the basis of PJSC ALROSA. Methods: factor analysis to assess the company's use of digital technologies, building a project canvas to visualize the business plan of the proposed project. Results of work: 1. A project was proposed for digital transformation of the occupational health and safety training process at PJSC ALROSA using the ProExpVR Complex. 2. Calculated the costs of the project. 3. An economic assessment of the project's efficiency is given: the project pays off in 16 months because of increasing labor productivity and reducing costs. The practical significance of the work lies in the ability to apply the proposed recommendations to transform the training process and retrain personnel. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the practical significance of the work has been determined.
