Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Состояние и перспективы развития строительной отрасли (на примере Группы «Центр долевого строительства»)». Данная работа посвящена исследованию состоянию и перспектив развития строительной отрасли во время пандемии COVID-19 на примере Группы «ЦДС». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение современного состояния строительной отрасли в РФ и Санкт-Петербурге. 2. Изучение правового регулирования строительства и источников финансирования строительной деятельности. 3. Анализ технико-экономических и финансовых показателей Группы «ЦДС». 4. Определение перспектив развития Группы «ЦДС». Работа проведена на базе статистических данных от Росстата о состояние строительной отрасли в РФ и Санкт-Петербурге, а также исследована деятельность компании в период пандемии COVID-19. В результате проведенного анализа были определены дальнейшие перспективы и направления развития Группы «ЦДС».

Topic of the final qualifying work: "State and prospects of development of the construction industry (on the example of the group "Center for shared construction")". This work is devoted to the study of the state and prospects of development of the construction industry during the pandemic COVID-19 on the example of the CSC Group. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of the current state of the construction industry in Russia and St. Petersburg. 2. Study of legal regulation of construction and sources of financing of construction activities. 3. Analysis of technical, economic and financial indicators of the CSC Group. 4. Determination of the development prospects of the CSC Group. The work was carried out on the basis of statistical data from Rosstat on the state of the construction industry in the Russian Federation and St. Petersburg, as well as on the basis of data from the CSC Group. The analysis of technical, economic and financial indicators of the CSC Group was carried out, as well as the company's activities during the pandemic were investigatedCOVID-19. As a result of the analysis, further prospects and directions of development of the CSC Group were determined.
