Цель работы – реализация проекта внедрения системы, ее настроек и демонстрации работы. Задачи работы: – характеристика предприятия, его организационной структуры, выявление проблем, требующих решения; – формирование требований к внедряемой информационной системе; – анализ российского рынка CRM-систем и выбор решения; – демонстрация работы модулей оформления заказов, – определение экономической эффективности проекта внедрения ИС. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности АО «Белтел», где были собраны основные данные, также в работу вошла информация из проектной документации, устав и регламенты компании. Использованные методы: системный анализ, сравнение, моделирование и прогнозирование. Результаты работы: – исследовано предприятие с его текущими процессами; – сформулированы проблемы; – описаны требования к прикладному решению; – проведен анализ рынка и выбор подходящей информационной системы; – продемонстрирована настойка и работа в системе; – проведены расчеты экономической эффективности проекта внедрения. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами автоматизации для предприятия: быстрое оформление заказов, увеличения количества обращений, автоматизированный складской и оперативный учет. При необходимости в дальнейшем возможно наращивание дополнительных модулей.

The purpose of the work is to implement the project of implementing the system, its settings and demonstrating its work. Tasks of the work: – characteristics of the enterprise, its organizational structure, identification of problems requiring solutions; – formation of requirements for the implemented information system; – analysis of the Russian market of CRM systems and the choice of a solution; – demonstration of the work of the order processing modules – determination of the economic efficiency of the IP implementation project. The work was carried out on the materials on the activities of JSC "Beltel", where the main data were collected, information from the project documentation, the company's charter and regulations were also included in the work. Methods used: system analysis, comparison, modeling and forecasting. Results of the work: – the enterprise with its current processes is investigated; – problems are formulated; – the requirements for the application solution are described; – the analysis of the market and the choice of a suitable information system is carried out; – demonstrated tincture and operation in the system; – calculations of the economic efficiency of the implementation project were carried out. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of automation for the enterprise: fast processing of orders, increasing the number of requests, automated warehouse and operational accounting. If necessary, additional modules can be built up in the future.
