Данная работа посвящена исследованию бизнес-процессов предприятия, в частности бизнес-процесс развития Санкт-Петербургской архитектурной студии ООО «Студия 44» Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: Изучение понятия «бизнесс-процесс» А также классификация и методы управления бизнес-процессами. Особое внимание было выделено на бизнес-процесс развития компании. Было осуществлено рассмотрение компании архитектурное бюро ООО «Студия 44», ее истории, структуры, отделов, проекты, а также финансовые показатели за последние 5 лет. Разработка подробного плана развития предприятия. Было произведено изучение темы данной ВКР с помощью компании архитектурное бюро ООО «Студия 44». С помощью исследования предприятия, удалось выявить, особо важную, на мой взгляд проблему Студии - застоя предприятия . В результате проделанной работы были составлены определенные рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию предприятия. Я рассмотрела отдельно рынок деятельности предприятия, отдельно составила маркетинговой план, производственный план, а также оценила возможные риски и способы как их избежать.

This work is devoted to the study of business processes of the enterprise, in particular the business process of development of the St. Petersburg architectural studio LLC "Studio 44" Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of the concept of "business process" as well as classification and methods of business process management. Special attention was paid to the business process of the company's development. 2.The review of the company architectural bureau LLC "Studio 44", its history, structure, departments, projects, as well as financial indicators for the last 5 years was carried out. 3. Development of a detailed enterprise development plan The study of the topic of this WRC was carried out with the help of the architectural bureau LLC "Studio 44". With the help of a study of the enterprise, it was possible to identify a particularly important, in my opinion, problem of the Studio-the stagnation of the enterprise . As a result of the work done, certain recommendations were made for the further development of the enterprise. I considered separately the market of activity of the enterprise, separately made the marketing plan, the production plan, and also estimated possible risks and ways how to avoid them.
