Предмет ВКР: установка по производству серы узлом грануляции. Тема ВКР: «Организация, планирование и управление процессами подготовки производства гранулированной серы комплекса гидрокрекинга». Цель ВКР: решение основных вопросов организации работ по возведению установки производства серы, а также рассмотрение основных теоретических вопросов крекинга. Метод проведения ВКР: системный подход и приемы классифицирования и агрегирования. Результаты ВКР. Описали местность, объект, для которого возводится установка. Рассмотрели основные теоретические вопросы крекинга. Собрали информацию об установке производства серы. Определили решения, порядок работ, особенности, кадровые вопросы при организации возведения установки по производству серы узлом грануляции. Область применения результатов ВКР. Результаты могут быть применимы организациями химической отрасли промышленности. Выводы. Сложность установки по производству серы и комплекса гидрокрекинга неоспорима, важность решения вопросов организации подобных объектов всегда будет актуальна, рассмотрение основных теоретических вопросов позволило закрепить знания в этой сфере, данная работа позволила представить сложность организации возведения таких установок, изучение нефтеперерабатывающего завода позволила понять, что предприятие не стоит на месте, оно развивается с момента основания.

The complexity of the sulfur production unit and the hydrocracking complex is undeniable, the importance of solving the issues of organizing such facilities will always be relevant, consideration of the main theoretical issues made it possible to consolidate knowledge in this area, this work made it possible to present the complexity of organizing the construction of such installations, the study of the oil refinery made it possible to understand that the stands still, it has been developing since its inception.
