Целью работы является разработка комплекса мероприятий по открытию малого предприятия «Кафе-шаверма» в условия пандемии. Задачи работы: – проанализировать проблемы, с которыми столкнулся малый бизнес в сфере общественного питания при наступлении пандемии; – рассмотреть комплекс мер поддержки малого бизнеса в условиях пандемии. – предложить модель бизнеса для малого предприятия в сфере общественного питания в период пандемии. - разработать бизнес-план для малого предприятия «Кафешаверма»; – обосновать экономическую эффективность открытия предприятия. Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, синтез, метод аналогий, а также специфические методы исследования, в частности, методы организационного проектирования. Основные результаты работы: – обоснована экономическая целесообразность и организационно-техническая возможность открытия предприятия общественного питания в период пандемии; – разработан организационный проект предприятия общественного питания; Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью реализации открытия предприятия общественного питания в период пандемии.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop an organizational project for an export plant for the production of MOX fuel. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: – analysis of the competitiveness of the plant for the production of MOX fuel in countries with different economic situations; – development of the organizational design of the plant; – calculation of performance indicators for a number of countries for the possible location of the plant. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis of the Central Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering, "Rosatom” Group of Companies. Methods: general scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods, in particular, methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – substantiation of economic, organizational and technical feasibility of implementing MOX fuel production technology in nuclear engineering; – development of the organizational design of the plant for the production of MOX fuel; – evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the MOX fuel plant project; – justification of the condition for the economically efficient use of the plant in combination with fast and thermal neutrons nuclear power plants that are part of the closed nuclear fuel cycle circuit. The practical significance of the work is determined (application of the results of the work in the company's activities).
