Данная работа посвящена изучению концепции мягкой силы на примере Китайской Народной Республики и Российской Федерации, а также описанию и сравнительному анализу особенностей использования данного инструмента в разных странах. Цель ВКР определяет следующие задачи: 1. Рассмотреть концепцию мягкой силы в международных отношениях; 2. Определить основные сферы применения концепции мягкой силы в международной политике КНР и РФ; 3. Выявить как общие черты, так и различия мягкой силы в международной политике КНР и РФ; 4. Проанализировать инструменты мягкой силы в КНР и РФ. В исследовании использовались такие общенаучные методы как: теоретический анализ, оценка, классификация, абстрагирование, а также исторический метод. В результате были раскрыты особенности изучения, измерения и использования инструментов мягкой силы. На примере Российской Федерации и Китайской Народной Республике были изучены методологии и особенности использования данного инструмента, а также выявлены различия и сходства их регулирования.

This work is devoted to the study of the concept of soft power on the example of the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation, as well as a description and comparative analysis of the features of the use of this tool in different countries. The purpose of the WRC defines the following tasks: 1. Consider the concept of soft power in international relations; 2. Determine the main areas of application of the concept of soft power in the international policy of the PRC and the Russian Federation; 3. To identify both common features and differences of soft power in the international policy of the PRC and the Russian Federation; 4. Analyze the instruments of soft power in the PRC and RF. The study used such general scientific methods as: theoretical analysis, evaluation, classification, abstraction, as well as the historical method. As a result, the features of the study, measurement and use of soft power tools were revealed. Using the example of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, the methodologies and features of the use of this tool were studied, and the differences and similarities of their regulation were identified.
