Целью исследования является разработка концептуальных подходов к формированию возможных направлений совершенствования системы управления реализацией масштабных газовых проектов на примере проекта «Сила Сибири». Исследование выполнялось на базе газового комплекса России (в частности проекта «Сила Сибири»). Предмет исследования: подходы и принципы управления реализацией международных инвестиционных проектов в газовой отрасли в современных условиях. Методы исследования: наблюдение, анализ, сравнение и визуализация различных материалов, документов, показателей и факторов, влияющих на экономику нефтяной и газовой промышленности. Основные результаты исследования: выявлена на примере мегапроекта «Сила Сибири» специфика управления реализацией международных проектов освоения газовых месторождений; разработаны предложения и рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления реализацией масштабных газовых проектов; определены риски в управлении реализацией газовых проектов. Область применения результатов ВКР: в деятельности компаний, осуществляющих управление реализацией международными инвестиционными проектами в газовой промышленности. Научной новизной исследования является: научный вклад в теоретико-методическую базу по управлению реализацией инвестиционных проектов в газовой отрасли, разработке рекомендаций и алгоритмов организации эффективного управления проектной деятельностью. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The aim of the study is to develop conceptual approaches to the formation of possible directions for improving the management system for the implementation of large-scale gas projects using the example of the Power of Siberia project. The study was carried out on the basis of the gas complex of Russia (in particular, the “Power of Siberia” project). Research subject: is the approaches and principles of managing the implementation of international investment projects in the gas industry in modern conditions. Research methods: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods, in particular, methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - the specifics of design, management and implementation of international projects for the development of gas fields were identified using the example of the Power of Siberia megaproject; - proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the management system for the implementation of large-scale gas projects; - identified the risks in managing the implementation of gas projects. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of companies that manage the implementation of international investment projects in the gas industry. The scientific novelty of the study is a scientific contribution to the theoretical and methodological base for managing the implementation of investment projects in the gas industry, the development of recommendations and algorithms for organizing effective management of project activities, adapted for use in a group of companies and in accordance with external and internal relations and influencing factors. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
