Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию действующего механизма благоустройства территорий для повышения эффективности деятельности Администрации Курортного района и улучшения качества жизни местных жителей. Задачи работы: Изучить основы благоустройства территорий, провести анализ деятельности Администрации Курортного района и текущего уровня благоустройства, выявить проблемы государственного и муниципального регулирования в области внутригородского благоустройства территорий, разработать рекомендации, направленные на совершенствование деятельности Администрации Курортного района в сфере благоустройства территорий и обосновать их эффективность. Работа выполнялась на материалах Официальной отчетности Администрации Курортного муниципального района, данных «Росстат». Основные результаты работы: Изучены основы государственного и муниципального регулирования в сфере внутригородского благоустройства территорий, проведен анализ деятельности Администрации ,выполнен анализ деятельности Администрации, выявлены слабые стороны и проблемы Администрации Курортного района, разработаны рекомендации, направленные на совершенствование государственного и муниципального регулирования в сфере благоустройства территорий и обоснована их эффективность. Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью совершенствования государственного и муниципального регулирования в сфере благоустройства территорий с целью улучшения качества жизни населения.

The aim of this work is to define the role of improving state and municipal regulation in the field of urban landscaping for citizens, to evaluate the activities of the Kurortny Municipal District Administration and to develop recommendations on improvementof strategies for urban landscaping, landscaping of protected areas and natural parks, with the purpose of increasingefficiency of activity of the Kurortny Municipal District Administration and improving the quality of life of local residents. The tasks of the work are to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of urban landscaping, landscaping of protected areas and natural parks; to carry out the analysis of activity of the Kurortny Municipal District Administration; to analyze the strategy of the Kurortny Municipal District Administration; to assess the effectiveness of the strategy of the Kurortny Municipal District Administration; to identify weaknesses and problems in the strategy of the Kurortny Municipal District Administration; to develop recommendations aimed at improving the strategy of the Kurortny Municipal District Administrationand to prove itseffectiveness. The work is based on official reports of the Kurortny Municipal DistrictAdministration, data from Rosstat.
